As STA Travel’s Global Brand Copywriter, I was responsible for how we sounded as a brand across all channels. Creator and guardian of STA Travel’s tone of voice guidelines, I trained and mentored content writers in all English-speaking markets and managed my own content production team.
Brand identity.
I work with clients to understand and interpret their brand values, story and USPs. Whether creating a suite of print assets or writing the content for a new website, I craft a tone of voice that both resonates with their audience and reflects their internal values.

Case Study: FLEXI and INDI, STA Travel
STA Travel wanted to rebrand and relaunch their flexible and tailor made product to better align it with the youth adventure market. This included creating a new conceptual identity, tone of voice and guidelines, as well as a brochure and digital assets.
