Case Study: Ready When You Are, STA Travel
Remote working daydreaming about remote places... the brief was to create a short social video to evoke the feeling of travel during lockdown. The concept, script and storyboard came easily - it was everything I missed about the world I loved. Not the rose-tinted version, but the actual version. Where the WI-FI is crap and some idiot with a guitar won’t stop butchering Jack Johnson.

Case Study: The Sustainability Project, STA Travel x partners
Filmed in 2019/20, the project was a four-part video series that shone a spotlight on inspirational people in the travel world. The content focused on ocean plastics, animal welfare, community development and sustainable living. Myself, a videographer and photographer travelled to Portugal, Peru, Indonesia and South Africa to interview the participants and project stakeholders.
Due to the pandemic and STA Travel going into administration, we sadly weren't able to finish the documentary series. This trailer is a lasting reminder of the wonderful humans out there who are making a difference. And who - when the world gets back to some kind of normal - will need us more than ever.
